The earliest documents held at our office date back to 1906, and in 1974, authorisation was granted to open a branch office in Plan du Var.
The canton of Tourrette-Levens, to which we belong, comprises 28 municipalities, and Levens itself borders 8 of them: Utelle, Duranus, Coaraze, Bendejun, Tourrette-Levens, Saint-Blaise, La Roquette-sur-Var, and Bonson.
With three notaries and eleven staff members, our office covers all areas of law in service to local residents: from family law to property, from business law to expertise in real estate market value.
Our two offices – one in the old village of Levens and the other in Plan du Var, gateway to the Alps and the Upper Country – ensure full coverage of the region, just 30 minutes from Nice and Nice Côte d’Azur Airport.
